The Valley Self Help Center was created to provide premises to hold meetings for all 12-step and self-help groups.

In order to maintain stability and continuity in holding regular meetings we offer these rooms to those who suffer with compulsive and addictive behaviors, regardless of donations, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

We presently have daily Gamblers Anonymous meetings plus CEA-HOW and Gam-Anon groups using our facilities.

Volunteer members particiapate in fund raising activities and social events to raise monies to cover the expenses of insurance, rent and utilities.

We believe that consistency and social interaction are the keys to overcoming and changing a person's life. Our aim is to restore the lives of those suffering with compulsive and addictive behaviors and return responsible people back to their families and society.
